Do you have a store location?
Yes, we do!

What scents do you have available?
Please take a look at our updated link for our complete list (as of 04.23.24). Please keep in mind our store will have a few limited scents that are not listed, and will continuously change/grow to meet the season. :)
Do you offer candle refills?
Yes we do! We will refill any vessel or bowl purchased in store. You're free to get the same scent, or a new one! You can save 35% or more all while reducing your carbon footprint and avoiding another vessel in the land-fill.
Candles can be refilled and ready for pick-up within 2 - 4 hours.
Are your candles considered vegan?
Our candles are not tested on any animals. The ingredients purchased to create our candles are also listed as vegan, per the companies.
What are the candles made out of?
Every candle is hand-poured with organic olive oil wax, toxic free scented oils, and sustainable cotton wicks or crackling wooden wicks. Our entire scent collection is free from mutagens, phthalates, acute toxins, carcinogens, organ toxins, reproductive toxins, and all other toxins listed in the cali prop 65 list.
What type of wax is used in the candles?
Organic olive oil wax. This blend provides a smooth layer after every burn, a great hot throw, and a slow burning candle for your space.

What are the benefits of using coconut wax?

- Slow-burning which provides more burn hours
- Less Soot. Although it is impossible for a candle to have zero-soot, olive oil provides less soot compared to other waxes.
Does using olive wax, mean every candle will smell like olive oil?
No. Our olive oil wax uses refined olive oil and goes through a hydrogenation process, where olive are transformed into a creamy wax. During the refining process this completely removes the scent.
How long is processing?
All orders are made within 1-3 business days.
Where can I locate my tracking number?
Tracking information will be sent to your email address with an estimated delivery date as soon as the label is created.
Which shipping carrier is used?
USPS Priority 2 Day is typically used for all orders. However larger orders may be shipped via UPS.
Do you have expedited shipping options?
Yes! Please feel free to send us a message directly if you need to confirm a delivery date.
What type of packaging material is used?
All packages are made with recycled/recyclable material. We re-use all packaging material that is received through our candle materials. We also provide recyclable honeycomb wrapping for all candles, along with kraft paper, or crinkled paper for cushion.
Some packages may contain "BIO-PEANUTS" made from entirely renewable resources. They are 100% biodegradable and compostable.
Please keep in mind USPS and UPS do not guarantee delivery times during the Holidays.
